Hello, ladies.
Do you know how drug addicts react when they get their dose
after a long period of abstinence? Well, that’s me right now, writing on my
blog :)).
I managed to gather a little bit of strenght post today. For those of
you who don’t know, I have a terrible cold which it's draining
me physically of my energy.
But let’s get to the point. You know I’m a
huge Yves Rocher fan, I've tried all kind of products from creams to eyeshadows,
perfumes, you name it I tried it. Recently I ordered a few products from them
and, among others, I chose a waterproof mascara.
Stiti cum sunt drogatii care-si primesc doza dupa o perioada
lunga de abstinenta? Eh, cam asa sunt eu acum, cand scriu pe blog :)).
Am reusit sa-mi adun cateva puteri si sa fac postarea de astazi, pe care v-am
promis-o de ceva vreme. Pentru cele dintre voi care nu stiu, ma lupt cu o
raceala pacatoasa, care m-a lasat fara pic de vlaga.
Dar sa trecem la subiect. Stiti ca eu sunt mare fan Yves
Rocher, am incercat de la ei tot felul de produse, de la creme la farduri,
parfumuri, you name it I've tried it. Recent am comandat cate ceva de la ei si,
printre altele, mi-am ales si un rimel waterproof.

My opinion / Ce spun eu:
This is the first Yves Rocher product that disappointed me.
They promise that the mascara will add volume to you lashes and make them
appear longer, while it’s waterproof formula will make it resistant to water,
heat or effort (sweat). Unfortunately, that’s not true.
Este primul produs Yves Rocher care m-a dezamagit. Ei promit
ca rimelul va oferi genelor volum si le va alungi, dar si ca va rezista la apa,
caldura sau efort fizic (transpiratie). Din pacate, lucrurile nu stau chiar
asa.
As you will see in the pictures below, there is almost no
difference between my natural lashes and the ones with mascara. No volume or
longer lashes, they’re just a little bit darker. Also, my lashes clump every
time I apply it.
As for the “waterproof” part: yes, it is water resistant. But
if you do a little bit of sport or something like that and you start sweating,
you’ll get smudges under your eyes and on your eyelids.
Two good things about it: my eyes don’t sting when I use it
and you can easily remove it with a normal cleanser.
Dupa cum veti vedea in pozele de mai jos, diferenta dintre
genele mele naturale si cele cu mascara este aproape insesizabila. Nici urma de
volum sau alungire, doar ca sunt putin mai negre. De asemenea, imi lipeste
genele intre ele.
Cat despre partea “waterproof”: intr-adevar rezista la apa.
In schimb, daca depuneti efort fizic si transpirati, va veti trezi cu pete de mascara
sub ochi si pe pleoapa.
Doua lucruri bune ar fi ca nu ma ustura ochii de la el si se
curata foarte usor cu un demachiant normal.

The product is creamy, not too wet – not too dry, but I
don’t like the brush. It is thick and it reaches even my smallest eyelashes,
but every time I used this mascara I got smudges on my lid.
Produsul in sine este cremos, nici prea umed – nici prea
uscat, insa periuta nu ma incanta. Intr-adevar este deasa si ajunge chiar si la
genele cele mai scurte, insa de fiecare data cand am folosit rimelul m-am murdarit
pe pleoapa mobila.
The mascara has 9 ml and it costs 18 euro, a huge price for what
it can do. I bought it with 9 euros, because it was in sale, but honestly it isn’t worth a cent. I couldn’t care less if it’s waterproof because I’ve had
regular mascaras which were water resistant and they made my lashes longer and
fuller.
Rimelul are 9 ml si costa 60 de lei (18 euro), un pret enorm
pentru ceea ce poate face. Eu l-am cumparat cu 9 euro, la oferta, insa va spun
sincer ca nu merita nici macar un cent. Ma lasa rece faptul ca este waterproof
pentru ca am avut alte rimeluri normale care erau rezistente la apa si in
acelasi timp imi alungeau si genele.
I think it’s useless to say that I’m not gonna buy this
product again. Still, it doesn’t mean I’ll stop using YR products. I tried
dozens of YR products and this one is the only one which has disappointed me but, in
the end, I find it impossible that one would find all the products of a company
100% satisfying.
Cred ca este inutil sa spun ca nu voi mai recumpara acest
rimel. Totusi, asta nu inseamna ca voi renunta la a mai folosi produse Yves
Rocher. Din zeci de produse incercate, este primul care m-a dezamagit dar, pana
la urma, mi se pare imposibil ca toate produsele unei firme sa multumeasca 100%
pe cineva.
